3.5 Stars I liked this, but I didn't love it. Why? A couple of reasons, one the length. I thought it could have been edited shorter. I felt like I was reading unnecessary filler, at times. Second, the constant POV change. I was reading Zeke, Ginny, Mox, Kat, Crux, Donovan, Kramer, Bowie, and I think even Rhys was thrown in there a couple of times. It was just too much.
What I did love. GINNY!!!!! Holy badass mama bear. I want to be her when I grow up.
I also loved the family. I loved how you never knew who was going to show up at the dinner table, but there was always enough for everybody. I loved how they were protective of everyone and that includes the women and children.
Speaking of children, mad love for Mox! At first I was put off by people calling him an ox, but then I rolled with it. Rhys, well, I think he's a dipshit. I don't know how a mother can talk about their sons "wetting their dicks" though. I wanted to scream NOOOOO! when I read that. I understand they are 19/20, but come on...that's your son, Ginny. Don't be talking about their dicks inside of women.
I also liked how this was a "clean" MC. They weren't out looking for blood, drugs, women, etc. They were a family who came together...on bikes. But, if you mess with one, you mess with them all and well, I can't say they'll go easy on you.
Mox's story is next and I am excited to read it since I loved him so much in Zeke's story.
